These terms cover your purchase and use of Trainer's AI Toolkit ("the Kit"), a digital product sold by AI Sidekick Lab at trainersaitoolkit.com. By buying or using the Kit, you agree to them.
What you're buying
The Kit is a one-time $19 digital download of AI prompts and templates. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use and adapt them for your own work, including messages to your own gym members and clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Kit (or substantial parts of it) as your own product, or share the download files publicly.
No guarantees of results
The Kit is a set of tools, not a promise. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as client sign-ups, retention, sales, or income.
AI drafts need human review
The prompts produce drafts from third-party AI tools, and those drafts can be wrong, off-tone, or inappropriate. Review and edit everything before you send or publish it. You are responsible for what you send.
Not legal or medical advice
Nothing in the Kit is legal, medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Follow your gym's policies and applicable laws, and refer health questions to qualified professionals.
Third-party AI tools
The Kit works with AI services we don't own or control. Their terms, pricing, and availability are up to them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI provider.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (5 days, full refund).
Limitation of liability
The Kit is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
