Refund Policy

We want the Kit to be useful for you. If it isn't, you can get your money back.
5-day full refund
Email support@trainersaitoolkit.com within 5 days of purchase for a full refund of the $19. No hoops.
How to request one
- Email from the address you used at checkout, or include that email.
- Include your Stripe receipt or order number if you have it.
- A short reason helps us improve, but it's optional.
How it's processed
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Stripe usually takes 5–10 business days to show the refund, depending on your bank.
Digital product
The Kit is a digital download you get instantly after purchase. Since it can't be "returned," we offer a 5-day window instead. Requests made after 5 days aren't eligible.
